Fast Dispatch: Orders are processed promptly upon confirmation, usually it takes 2-3 days to get your design ready for print, and another 2-3 days to print it on final product. Totally it will take 5-7 working days to dispatch final product.

Shipping Partners: We collaborate with trusted shipping partners to deliver your package safely to your doorstep.

Nationwide Shipping: Whether you’re located within Rural or urban area, we offer shipping services to almost all pin codes within india.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on your location and the weight of your order. You will be notified of any applicable shipping fees during the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges:

While we aim to provide you with products of the highest quality, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Here’s our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Eligibility: Since these are customised products, we only accept return or exchange in case of damaged, defected or wrong product received than it was ordered. 

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 3 ( Three ) days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
